Let’s begin our first Talent Lab — a new IWC initiative designed to connect international women through their skills, creativity, and passions.
This is more than a social evening — it’s the start of a community where we exchange knowledge, ideas, and support in a friendly and inspiring environment.

During this session, we will:

• Get to know each other in an open, relaxed way

• Share what we can offer and what we’d like to receive — whether it’s collaboration, advice, or creative exchange

• Build our first Talent Exchange Map — a living network of women helping women

We’ll then match our skills and needs — discovering how we can collaborate and support one another.
