Women’s Midday Practice – January 21st (from 1pm to 2pm)
We warmly invite you to a one-hour midday mindful movement practice, a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and transition from soft, conscious motion into inner stillness.
Through smooth and intentional movements, you’ll be guided to return to your body, ground yourself, and rest your attention in the present moment.
This session is an invitation to pause, to root into yourself, and to open with curiosity to whatever arises in your experience.
A nourishing midday break for women to move, breathe, and simply be.
