AGM (Annual General Meeting)

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday,

June 9, 2026

This important meeting gives members the opportunity to help shape the future of the club by reviewing the budget, calendar and activities, allocating funds to charities, and voting for the Board.

You help decide how the International Women’s Club of Torino is run!  IWCT is entirely volunteer-led — from the activity leaders who organize our regular events to the Board members who help ensure the club continues to thrive for years to come. Each year, during our Annual General Meeting (AGM), we hold Board elections.  This year the position of IWCT Secretary will be voted on.

Board Positions Open for Nomination:  Secretary — Nominations are now closed.

How to Vote:  Voting will take place during the AGM on Tuesday, June 9, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

If You Cannot Attend the AGM:  If you would still like to vote but cannot attend the AGM in person, absentee online voting will be available. More information about absentee voting will be shared on the calendar and in the IWCT Newsletter.
