AGM (Annual General Meeting)

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Tuesday,

June 9, 2026

This important meeting gives members the opportunity to help shape the future of the club by reviewing the budget, calendar and activities, allocating funds to charities, and voting for the Board.

You help decide how the International Women’s Club of Torino is run!  IWCT is entirely volunteer-led — from the activity leaders who organize our regular events to the Board members who help ensure the club continues to thrive for years to come. Each year, during our Annual General Meeting (AGM), we hold Board elections.  This year the position of IWCT Secretary will be voted on.

Board Positions Open for Nomination:  Secretary — Nominations are now closed.

How to Vote:  Voting will take place during the AGM on Tuesday, June 9, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

If You Cannot Attend the AGM:  If you would like to vote but cannot attend the AGM in person, please register to vote absentee using this form or by emailing membership@iwct.it.

Please note the following deadlines for Absentee Voting:

– 2 June 2026 – the deadline to register for an absentee ballot

– 4 June 2026 – members will receive by email the absentee ballot and absentee voting begins

– 8 June 2026 – absentee voting closes 24 hours before the AGM begins
