Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held June 10th 2025 at Talent Garden (Via Giuseppe Giacosa 36)

→ This important meeting gives members a chance to decide how the club is run by approving the budget, calendar and activities, allocating funds to charities, and voting on the Board.

2025 BOARD ELECTION

→ You decide how the International Women’s Club of Torino is run!  We are an entirely volunteer-run club, from the activity leaders organizing our regular events to the Board members who make sure the club lasts for decades to come. Every year, as part of our Annual General Meeting (AGM), we hold Board elections. This is an opportunity for our members to be directly involved in how their club is run, either by running for a Board position or simply by voting for candidates.

*If you have any questions regarding the report, or to suggest a motion, please write to board@iwct.it. Members may file a motion or an amendment to a proposed motion in response to the preliminary agenda up to 7 days before the AGM (see the Rules & Regulations of the Club).

HOW TO VOTE

→ Voting will take place during the AGM on Tuesday, June10th from 10am until 12pm.

HOW TO VOTE IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE AGM

→ If you would like to vote but cannot attend the AGM, starting June 5th you can vote  online.  The last day to vote online is June 9th.  To vote online click: ABSENTEE REGISTRATION FORM
