Kid’s Glassblowing – An Interactive Demonstration

Come join the Moms’ Group and learn about glassblowing through an interactive demonstration in English!  Children will learn about the history of glass, interact with the materials used in glassblowing and watch a demonstration of both the characteristics of glass at 1200 degrees and of different techniques used in glassblowing. At the end each child will go home with a small glass souvenir.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that due to safety concerns children will not actually be blowing glass.  Recommended age is 5-10 years however slightly younger or older children are also welcomed to attend.

Space is limited to 20 people so purchase your ticket early.  The last day to purchase  ‘early-bird’ tickets is Tuesday, 20 February!  Then the tickets are 2.50 Euro more!
