Many of us start the new year off with resolutions and by this point start to get demotivated. How about forming a clear goal instead? If your motivation has waned or you have no clue what you want the new year to be about, come and join us for some reflection and action planning. We will talk about goals and a different way of defining goals that are aligned with what is important to you, your values. We will also talk about tools to stick to our actions, hold each other to account and working towards the big picture.
