The AGM is coming up in June and there are some additions to the Rules and Regulations of the club that the membership needs to vote on. However, before the vote we are looking for your feedback on the proposed additions (mainly to save time discussing during the AGM). Please help us by giving feedback and asking questions if things are unclear.

There will be a zoom meeting as part of this consultation on April 26th, 7-8pm. More details to follow.

2. Complaints
Whenever people get together there is the potential for conflict. So far the club has no way to solve conflict in a fair, unbiased and transparent way, and based on some experiences over the past 4 years we have drafted a way to do that. We propose to add a shorter version to the R&R and have a longer version available for reference and clarification:
