❌ Spring Fling Cancellation
We regret to announce the cancellation of our Spring Fling this Saturday, May 20th. We have taken this difficult decision due to an unfortunate lack of engagement, in particular the low number of pre-bookings and volunteers, and the terrible weather forecast for this weekend. We do so in the best interest of the club and our volunteers, partners, sponsors, and vendors.
Despite this unfortunate situation, we’d like to thank all those involved who have sacrificed their time and energy for this event, especially our organizer Annamaria and her team, Sara, Silvia, Daniela, Marcella, Tanya, Karima, Tatyana, Helen G, Helen H, Melanie, and Kelsey. We’d also like to thank all those who did step up to volunteer and those who pre-booked. If you purchased a ticket for this Saturday, you will receive an email shortly regarding your refund.
Although we won’t hold the Spring Fling, we still want to raise as much money as possible for SvoltaDonna. Therefore, we encourage everyone to make a direct donation to them:
